1% FOR REAL ?
Sellers: We will list your property for as low as 1% listing commission and offer the Buyer's Agent the standard 2% to 3% buyer's agent commission. If a buyer calls us directly to purchase your home without an agent and uses our company to represent them on the transaction, we will credit the buyer up to 1 % of the purchase price towards the closing cost, motivating buyers to purchase your home faster as it offers additional incentives to buy that others don’t offer. Our minimum listing price is $500,000.
Buyers: Our Digital Realtors will credit you up to 1% of the purchase price if you use our company to represent you on the purchase of your new home. The minimum purchase price to qualify for the credit is $350,000
Pre-Construction buyers: Our digital agents will credit you up to 2% of the purchase price towards your closing cost on any new construction projects ( no resales, only when is a developer new unit). Minimum purchase price: $350,000.
